we went for a long weekend trip. The Hotel is amazing for the price, good rooms good breakfast and in terms of location, even though it’s not in the center, the tram stop is 1 min walking and it takes 10-15 min to arrive to the center. i would say 10/10 for what to expect from the hotel

We liked Hotel Ariston@Ariston Patio very much. Wonderful and helpful staff.I gave the hotel address for delivery of our Eurail pass.When they received they informed me at once.I appreciate this fact because I was so worry do not receive pass in time because I ordered it too later. We stayed just one day there on our way to Karlovy Vary.So I didn’t looking for the hotel properly.But we were impressed and hotel was beyond of our expectations. Very clean and nice room,comfortable bed and good bed clothes.Hotel is beautiful in modern style.In terms of architecture and style it is very interesting. Location is very good.10 minutes to Vaclav square . We will back without any doubt.

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel and explained everything clearly to us. We were extremely satisfied with our room - we requested a double and it was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and was welcoming after a long day exploring the city. It was nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee, and although we didn't use it there was a minibar fridge in our room which was useful to have if we did need it. The shower was OK, and the facilities were clean. There was room service everyday, and we were given fresh bedding and towels each day of our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with a variety of different hot foods, cold meats/cheese, fruit, yoghurt, breads and strudel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have a short city break in Prague. Thank you for your hospitality.

Location is close to tram stop, tram is needed to get to Old Town Square (2 km distance) or other tourist attractions and it has also supermarkets and pubs around. Facility personnel clean every room everyday, change towels if needed, so when we returned to the hotel at night bedsheets were clean and room vacuumed. Breakfast is good, with various dishes, and daily it was one new / different dish. Personnel is also ok and nice. In a nutshell, I’ll recommend it, hotel is good value for money.

We stayed in a superior room in this property whilst visiting Prague for four days. Room situated with an inner courtyard view, was quiet with a nice view. Room was spacious, large windows with lots of light. Air conditioned room. Good location with easy access to tram less than a 5 minute walk away. Free breakfast was satisfactory. Beds were comfy.

The staff in night duty the night I checked in was exceptionally helpful. By the time I arrived it was late night and all restaurants had closed. We missed our dinner and had gone to desk to ask if we could get some bread n butter from the pantry. We had a long day of travel and were exhausted. He was kind enough to get whatever was available in the hotel and brought it to our room. It was a life saver. My heartfelt gratitude to him. I feel so sorry that I didn't get his name as my mind was not functioning that point of time due to exertion n hunger. Five stars for excellent customer care n humanity

Everything was amazing! We got a room with a bathtub, as requested beforehand. Moreover, we also got a quiet room (another of our requests) under the roof top, and since it was under the roof top, there was AC in the room which was an added bonus for our stay during such hot days. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, made sure to meet all our requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and it exceeded our expectations!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed at the patio which is another building exactly infront of the hotel. I would like to have the option to stay in the Building of the hotel instead of the patio as the aisle of the rooms is outdoors and with the snow is very cold and slippery. The breakfast is nice and it is inside of an old theatre which is a nice experience. There are some nice restaurants around and groceries shops, as well a stop of the tram is exactly outside and takes you in 5 minutes to city center. The train Station is also súper close.

Just astonishing hotel, and great personnel, good location, everything within walking distance and of course great breakfasts, so you always will say a quote of fictional character Francis York Morgan: «breakfast as good as yesterday’s».
